To guarantee complete privacy and discretion also in our catering and bar service, all our rooms are supplied with a studied "serving hatch". After placing your order at reception by dialling "9" on your room’s phone, at pre arranged times the waitress will insert the tray with your order in the serving hatch, and will notify the delivery by ringing the designated bell. You can collect your order by just opening the hatch without having to step out of your room.

What more can you expect from a room service with a delivery which respects completely privacy by just using the designated hatch? Enjoy comfortably your meal on the side of a swimming pool or on the terrace, you and your partner... Magical moment to always remember.
H24 BAR SERVICE
Our Bar offer a 24 hour service of cocktails, drinks, champagne and wine of excellent quality. We invite you to try our selection by dialling “9” on your room telephone and ordering it directly from your room or suite!

Our catering service offer various refined and tasty menus, from traditional to exotic. You can either choose a la carte or from a series of menus thought just for you. Check our Beef (meat selection), Fish or Vegetarian menus!

Sit by the pool and enjoy your meal in complete relaxation. Some of our rooms are supplied with a trolley under the serving hatch, which can be easily brought next to the dining table.

OPENING AND CLOSING TIME OF SNACK BAR AND KITCHEN
Snack bar and kitchen are open from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., catering is available from 11,30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and guaranteed from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.. Outside these times it’s still possible to place an order.. but we won’t always be able to guarantee service.
ROOM SERVICE
After placing your order at reception, the kitchen will cater to your request following the customer’s order, when the waitress rings the designated bell, proceed to the serving hatch. You can take your order opening the hatch from the inside, without having to leave your room.

Our specialties are a complete menu of gourmet recipes, fresh and ready to serve. Main courses, meat and fish dishes, sauces and side dishes skilfully prepared by Chef Antonio Poli, former assistant of Gualtiero Marchesi, who was the first in Italy to use the innovative technique of slow cooking at low temperatures. The perfect way to taste gourmet dishes in no time. The cooking process of the products that we serve is the result of the chef’s skills combined with the experience of traditional techniques of vacuum cooking. This system allows us to highlight the particular characteristics of foods, preserves the organoleptic quality by reducing up to 40% intake of fat and seasonings and eliminates the use of any preservatives.
