Deposits Management

In the event of a cancellation 48 HOURS before check-in, if you decide to not reuse the sum paid for a future stay, you will receive only 40% of the amount paid for the reservation. Customers who choose to move the cancelled booking within a date not more than a year from the date of issue of the receipt can use 60% of the deposit. In line with Article 1386 of the Civil Code, in case of cancellation with less than 48 hours notice THE ENTIRE AMOUNT of the deposit paid upon booking will be retained...

What time should I leave the room?

In the case of overnight stay the room must always be left before midday on the day after the check-in; Customers who arrive after 1:30 at night are allowed to keep the room until 2 p.m. without having to pay any extra charge. If you want to extend your stay after midday (or 2 p.m. if you arrive after 1.30 am) there is a progressive series of surcharges which will allow you to extend your stay as long as you like once we verify the availability of the room.


  1. For security reasons, access to themed suites to people under the age of 18 is prohibeted, even if accompanied by their parents.
  2. The customer agrees not to publish photographs taken in the suites, or at least in the hotel, without the prior written consent of the Management..


No animals whatsoever are allowed.

Conflicts of Numerous bookings

About booking conflicts:
The uniqueness as well as the availability of all our suites forces us to satisfy only some of the requests. This is not due to a bad organization, it is based on a numerical exclusion following the chronological order on the arrival of calls to the call centre.

When the price becomes Overnight

Please remember that any stay which exceeds 05.00 a.m. will be counted as overnight.
The STOP AND GO (PASSAGE) Rate is applied to a stay from 0 up to 10 hours. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: if exceeding 5.00 a.m. the stay automatically becomes an overnight (in which case the daily price will be applied regardless of the total amount of hours. This will allow the stay in the room to be extend until midday. On Fridays and Saturdays for the Wellness Suite and FantaSuite, customers staying or who arrive after 9 p.m. will be charged the overnight rate even if they decide to leave before 5 a.m.

Receipts and invoices

When collecting the prepayment the receipt will automatically be printed. Let us know at the time of booking if you require an invoice...

Giving back the Key

Please keep in mind that even having booked, because of the uniqueness of our suites, you may have to wait a few minutes to receive the key upon arrival. We apologize for this inconvenience which is however due to a more careful management to improve the quality of service that we offer.
