Cancellation Policy

Given the uniqueness of each of our suites, we have been compelled to manage not only the reservations but also their respective cancellation policies, paying particular attention to ensuring sales continuity. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

TARIFFA NON RIMBORSABILE:

For bookings made under the TARIFFA NON RIMBORSABILE, cancellations or modifications made within 48 hours prior to the arrival time (check-in), including no-shows, result in the loss of the entire amount paid. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the arrival time entitle the customer to reuse 50% of the amount paid (a voucher for 50% of the amount paid will be issued to be used within one year from the date of issuance of the receipt). No modifications can be made to the booking once it is paid.

TARIFFA RIMBORSABILE 12H:

For bookings made under the TARIFFA RIMBORSABILE 12H, cancellations or modifications made within 12 hours prior to the arrival time result in the loss of the entire amount paid. Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the arrival time entitle the customer to an 80% refund of the apartment's amount or to reuse 100% of the amount paid (a voucher for 100% of the amount paid will be issued to be used within one year from the date of issuance of the receipt). In case of a request to reschedule the booking, a maximum of two consecutive reschedules can be made. Upon the third consecutive request to reschedule the booking, the booking will be permanently canceled, and the deposit paid will be considered completely lost.

Please note that in the case of promotions or discounts related to motel's commercial initiatives (such as Last Minute, Opening Anniversaries, Black Friday, Halloween, Women's Day, Christmas, etc.), cancellation of bookings does not entitle refunds to preserve the promotional conditions offered."

Please be reminded that the entire advance payment requires the issuance of a fiscal receipt. Any requests for an INVOICE must be made exclusively at the time of booking.

The cancellation rules for existing bookings will maintain the Cancellation Policy in force at the time of booking.
