Today, Motel K is launching a new service called MYK Digital Concierge, which digitally interfaces the customer with various departments of the motel. Requests such as extra towels, additional pillows, taxi requests to a specific destination, not to mention all orders related to room service, are literally in the palm of your hand.

How it works:

  1. Request the codes for free internet access from the reception.
  2. Enter your room number and password to access and select your request from a menu that includes the most common services.
  3. Make your selection conveniently.

The advantages of MYK in Pre-check-in

The platform is available from the moment the customer makes a reservation until the check-out. When the email regarding the received payment for the reservation arrives, you can open a personalized link that will activate the application in the personalized "customer PreCheck-in" mode. From that moment on, dining, various reservations, services for special occasions, exclusive products, etc., will be just a couple of clicks away, at a discount of 10%.
